Once you finish signing up online you will receive an email with the receive rental instructions, at that point you can visit our facility at 2422-B Government Street Ocean Springs, MS 39564 and move into your unit.

If you need to make a change after looking at your unit or at a later date, it's easy. Contact us and we can conveniently increase or decrease your unit size (transfer) at any time (subject to availability)
If you would like to see some of our available units before renting you will need to rent the unit to gain access. If you are not fully satisfied we will give you a full refund with in a 24 hour window.
We offer 24/7 video surveillance as well as outdoor lighting on all of our buildings.

We do offer climate control storage units in various sizes.
In order to prevent pests, food and drinks are not allowed inside of your storage unit and we have a strict no littering policy. In order to protect our buildings and other people's stored belongings, smoking or vaping is also prohibited, both in your storage unit and on the property in general. And lastly, on-foot entry beyond the front gate is not allowed. You must arrive and exit in/on a vehicle.
Yes, you can rent a unit through our website at any time of the day, any day of the week. After completing the online signup process you will be sent your storage agreement via email and text. Or simply log in online, click the banner at the top, and view and sign it, then send it back. You will receive all instructions. unit number as well.
Yes, rental months are the 1st day through the last day of the month. We will automatically pro-rate your first month's rent.
Yes, we have a number of businesses who rent one or more storage units in order to store supplies such as trailers, tools, equipment and other materials that they use on the job. Our storage units are also great for storing back-up equipment, files, and various other documents. Our convenient storage units make for a great warehouse facility for small business owners who want to reduce overhead – which allows your office to actually have more space in the end.
A drive-up storage unit is an outside space located on the first floor of a facility that gives you the ability to load and unload your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck. All of the units at Greyhound Self Storage offer drive-up access except the climate controlled unit. Those units are accessible through a man door with a keypad lock code to access.
We do charge a set up fee of $20
We do not require a security deposit to rent.
We accept credit/debit cards or your checking account via ACH.
Rent is due on or before the 1st day of the month.
Late fees will be applied to accounts that are not paid by the 10th of the month.
We want to make your payment process as easy as possible. We offer the convenience of Recurring Billing, which will automatically charge your Mastercard®, Discover®, Visa®, or American Express® without additional fees. All rent is due on the first of the month, we will prorate your move in, but we do not prorate your move out.
If you have an email address and cell phone you will be emailed and texted a reminder that your rent is due soon. If you have chosen the recurring billing option, your credit card will be automatically charged on your due date and you can disregard the notice.
A 10-day notice is required. At the time of your move-out just remove your lock when you are done clearing out your space sweep it out with a broom and dustpan. Then take 2 pictures and send to greyhoundselfstorage@gmail.com or to the text notifications number and give us a call at (228) 875-9770 to let us know you have vacated your unit.
Yes, we rent our units on a month-to-month basis.
We are not a manned facility, however we do have Boots on the Ground / maintenance that takes care of the property. We are available via phone 8am-6pm M-F, and 9am-2pm on Saturdays, we are closed on Sundays. You do not need to call us to rent a unit, you can rent a unit and move-in any day, any time.
Our units are one level and offer the convenience of drive-up access.
Please contact us so we can meet you at your unit and cut the lock off for you. Do NOT attempt to cut the lock off yourself as any damage to the door/lock will be your responsibility. There is a $30 lock cut fee for this service.
You alone control access to your storage unit, unless YOU choose to give someone else access. If you do give someone else access to your unit, it's important that you provide us their names. You are responsible for your unit and the surroundings, if the person you have given access to damages or causes any problems at the facility, you will be responsible.
