1. Introduction
Welcome to Greyhound Self Storage, located in Ocean Springs, MS. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our storage services. By renting a storage unit from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Rental Agreement
Eligibility: To rent a unit, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid form of identification.

3. Use of Storage Unit
Permitted Use: The unit may be used for storing personal or business property. Storing hazardous, flammable, illegal, or perishable items is strictly prohibited.
Access: Tenants have access to their units during the posted access hours. Access outside these hours is not permitted unless authorized by management.
Security: While we provide security measures, Greyhound Self Storage is not liable for any loss or damage to the stored property.

4. Tenant Responsibilities
Insurance: It is the tenant’s responsibility to insure their stored items. Greyhound Self Storage does not provide insurance coverage for any stored items.
Maintenance: Tenants must keep their units clean and notify management of any damage or required repairs.

5. Liability
Indemnification: Tenants agree to indemnify and hold Greyhound Self Storage harmless from any loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of the storage unit.
Limitation of Liability: Greyhound Self Storage is not liable for any loss or damage to property stored, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Modifications
Greyhound Self Storage reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Tenants will be notified of any changes via email or posted notices.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jackson County, MS.
